Try to clear the cache by going to tools => options => advanced => network and clicking "Clear Now" which is also described in the following article: Clear the Firefox cache.

If this doesn't help see: Fix problems with images not showing.

If you've followed all the steps in the above articles and you still can't get the images to show up, we'll try to find an alternate solution.

The missing icons are supplied by a font that is downloaded from the server (@font-face) as you might see by little boxes that show the hex code of the characters.

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own fonts.

  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced: [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"

You can check the gfx.downloadable_fonts.enabled pref on the about:config page and make sure that it is set to true (if necessary double-click the line to toggle its value).

Thanks . Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own fonts.

Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced: [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"

this method worked ,but now I can not see some bangla fonts .

Is that on all pages that use Bangla fonts?

What do you get instead of the Bangla glyphs or is this more an issue with rendering the characters correctly?

Does it help to set another font as the default font if you have also made changes there?

Can you attach a screenshot and post a link?

  • Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
  • Make sure that you do not exceed the maximum size of 1 MB

On Facebook, is it easier to read if you use zoom, or is the wrong font being used? You can zoom the page by holding down the Ctrl key and tapping the + key once or twice (- to shrink again).

It's hard to think of a way to force Firefox to substitute Font #1 in place of Font #2 -- without affecting other fonts -- but maybe someone knows a trick or an add-on for that.

What font is used in the left image and what font size is specified if you right-click the text and check the font that CSS rules in the Inspector?

You can right-click on a web page and select "Inspect Element" to open the Inspector (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer). You can check the font used for selected text in the Font tab in the right pane of the Inspector.
