Hello, I am running Firefox on a W10-Pro PC. I always click the lock to check certificate validation. In the last month I keep seeing "Connection verified by a certificate issuer that is not recognized by Mozilla".

When I click for more information I see that "Norton Web/Mail Shield" does not recognize the certificate issuer. When I click on Learn More it takes me to a Firefox site "How to disable the Enterprise Roots preference" I also checked W10 certmgr.msc and I see Norton is listed. Images included below. I would love to resolve this issue. Thank you for your time.

Barvu textu nelze nastavit. Po zvýraznění části textu a provedení požadované změny se tato změna neprojeví. K editaci vlastností textu není nikde žádný jiný nástroj.

Firefox consumes almost 2Gb of RAM with only one tab open. I find this surprising, and it's a major performance issue for me.

Do you have an explanation or solutions to reduce this memory overconsumption?

I have a lot of Folders Full of bookmarks and I can't find them and It seems like a lot of bookmarks, not in folders are also missing. I am on iPhone 11 Pro Max iOS 17 XX. You need suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you. "Solved"

Since recently Firefox keeps redirecting me as if I'm in Switzerland where I haven't been to ever since I use the internet. My location is in Croatia. I have tried to clear cache, cookies and browsing history multiple times, use incognito mode, my language is setup to English and I don't use VPN. Nothing helped. This unfortunately requires deeper dive because I can say for certainty that an individual who illegally surveils my device deliberately made this change and something needs to be done on Mozilla's end. Is there a way to directly contact Mozilla's support or what would you suggest to do to solve this issue?

The thumbnails can be momentarily seen but within less than a second they disappear. Not happening in edge so doesn't seem to be a computer setting. Cleared all cookies and cache in firefox. No different. The attached image shows the pictures that are missing in firefox. Image taken from an Edge search.

I'm finding threads that include the correct emails for the subject, but also additional emails that do NOT relate to the original subject. How do I pull the other "subjects" from being in the wrong thread and create their own thread. See the highlighted emails in the attached image. Each color represents a separate thread that should stand on its own.

I reinstalled windows 10 on my laptop with keeping my personal files intact. During the installation process Firefox was removed. After Windows was back I reinstalled Firefox and it works just fine except none of the old information, passwords, bookmarks etc are there and I tried just about everything to retrieve them but no luck. I tried to bring up profiles but only the new one was listed as default. What can I do? Thanks for your help.

Dear all, Since two days my e-mails are downloaded multiple times, i.e. I receive one and the same mail up to 10 times or more. I have 3 accounts, but only two of them have this problem. The account without problem is with a different provider. What could be the reason? What could I do? Many thanks and best regards, Ute

I just left from Postbox (on macos) since this program has been sold to another company and is not maintained anymore. Postbox is designed after Thunderbird. It has a convenient feature: displaying Location in the headers of displayed messages. For those users who have a lot of mailboxes, this can be quite helpful. If no add-on can do this, I suggest that it is implemented in Thunderbird itself.

after update of window 11 to 24H2, Firefox keeps crashing on start. I completed deinstalled Firefox, rebooted and installed again, no effect. I switched off hardware acceleration and all add-ins and selected system theme, no effect. No crash occurs when started in troubleshoot mode. I did a clean-up (in troubleshoot mode), no effect. What should I do now? Where is the error log?
