I want to copy an e-mail list with names and e-mail addressed from Modzilla to Ecel.

- Open the address book in Thunderbird: choose Tools menu/button > Address Book
- Choose Tools menu (press Alt when needed) > Export
- Choose the .csv format and save as a file
- Open the .csv file in Excel
