After receiving the automatic upgrade to 30.0 I lost my toolbar to xfinity. I need this to access my email account. When I select View and look at toolbars xfinity is checked and I have a space where it belongs but nothing is visible. When unselected then the space is removed. I have tried using tools, ad-ons and extensions to disable then enable with no change. I need this link for my email especially since I have not been able to change the email link default from outlook to xfinity (comcast). Please advise how to resolve restoring the toolbar and if possible email link.

You can access your Xfinity email account from here: http://xfinity.comcast.net/

Use Xfinity support for support for that Xfinity Toolbar. https://customer.comcast.com/help-and-support/?CMP=ILCXFICOMXWAG80

They created and distribute that Toolbar; they need to provide support for it.

Comcast states its not their problem. The toolbar is fine in other browsers and is in checking Internet Explorer 11. What would also help is the file or name needed and how to enter it for comcast email to be used in the link available in add-ons. I am using Windows 7 and does not populate when viewing the choices for email and do not see how to add it. Currently I have had to bookmark the Comcast site.
