Hello, I'm having some problems with updating firefox. It started a few months ago that I got a Pop-up every time I started Firefox about needing to update it. But when I click on the prompt to update it, it leads me to this website: https://www.mozilla.org/de/firefox/new/?reason=manual-update , and after clicking on the download button I get to this site for about a second: https://www.mozilla.org/de/firefox/download/thanks/ after which it loads this site: https://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-stub&os=win&lang=de which my browser can't connect to (aka just gives me the standard error message as if you entered an invalid URL). Today I got this website pop-up when starting Firefox: https://www.mozilla.org/de/firefox/welcome/21/ which leads to the same outcome as above. After that I tried to update Firefox by going to the menu -> help -> about Firefox, which searches for updates but then tells me that I have the newest version installed already??? Even when I try to manually install a new version through this site: https://www.mozilla.org/de/firefox/all/ I still get the same result. Please somebody help me out here!

when I log into facebook.com, facebook business pops up with meta business tools popos up and will not allow me to view my facebook page. How do I correct this problem? I use Mozilla firefox. When I switch to Chrome there are no problems bold text

i recently noticed that my audio is stuttering a little bit on firefox desktop, expecially on youtube. i already tried the app on incognito mode withou any extension enabled, notthing worked. can be the last Nvidia driver? can be a recent (1 month more or less) mozilla update? can you guys help me please? i ve also formatted the whole pc: nothing

I followed the instructions that Eduardo from the Mozilla Support Team sent (see below) and I'm still unable to sign into Mozilla Connect.

"Before signing back into Mozilla Connect, I recommend refreshing your Firefox installation and clearing the cookies and cache for mozilla.org in order to eliminate any potentially faulty configuration files in Firefox, as these may also be causing the connection issue you're experiencing. You can also try opening a Private Window to access Connect."

I've re-linked my Mozilla account with my Google one but I still receive the 401 error when trying to access Mozilla Connect. I have also tried the disabling Windows Defender and Nord VPN & Threat Protection Pro.

I will note that I'm able to access Accounts and Support without issue.

I don't know what else I can do, this seems like I need someone from Mozilla to take action? ---

I've been using FireFox to login to nytimes.com for many years. Recently, the nytimes.com website hasn't been working properly. It works fine using Edge.

Symptoms are: (1) The zoom level at login and the zoom on going from page to page is very inconsistent. (2) Clicking the Account button does not open the account settings page. Instead it causes the screen background to become grey.

I restarted FireFox in troubleshooting mode, but this did not improve the behavior. I have a single extension (Adblock). Disabling Adblock on nytimes.com also did not improve things.

This happens when I click a link in an email or elsewhere. Firefox responds otherwise, I can open links within Firefox. It used to simply open the link in a new tab.

How can the previous behaviour be restored? so I can open a link in an existing FF window?

Hello, I reinstalled win 10 on my pc and Wien i logged back into my account sync is working but no passwords, adds, bookmarks are loaded, so I have the most important question, what am I supposed to do? Thanks

I have FF feature set to Check for updates but let my choose to install them. FF installed without my permission.

Please let me know how to fix this. I Do NOT want FF installing anything without my permission.

I have used Firefox for more years than I care to remember, but at the moment I'm forced to use Safari, which is OK but missing several vital features for me like translating Greek web pages!

The problem I have is this:- Whenever My M2 macbook Air running Sonoma 14.7.2 goes to sleep and wake it the screen is flickering and needs a hard restart. After lots of trial and error it appears to be something to do with Firefox version 133.0.3 (aarch64) as it only happens when I leave Firefox running.

I have run the Apple offline diagnostics multiple times immediately after the crash but I never get any reported errors. Interestingly I get no dialog from Apple that my Mac has crashed or needed to be restarted

I have restarted my Mac into safe mode, same problem

I have refreshed Firefox several times, same problem

Any help woulld be much appreciated!

I was using my Race/Sport betting account and got cut off, the message received was " Secure Connection Failed" I have been using this account through Firefox for well over 10 years and never had trouble connecting.

I switched over to Google and now using the account without any problems.

Why has this happened after so many years and how can I fix the problem

Firefox is my main access to the net.

I have tried installing extensions on https://addons.mozilla.org. Everything else online works fine, but https://addons.mozilla.org gives me "Download failed. Please check your connection. " after 10 minutes of loading icon. Browsing works fine. I have tried with and without a VPN. It used to work. Other devices, and firefox on dualbooted linux work fine.

For about the last 2 monthes, Firefox crashes regularly, with this message in a pop-up box:

Firefox Crash Reporter Firefox had a problem and crashed. Unfortunately, the crash reporter is unable to submit a report for this crash. Details: missing field 'include_url' at line 3 column 1

Afterwards, I can re-launch Firefox and resume activities.

I'm running Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems

I can no longer use credit cards for any purpose on any site with Firefox. If I use Edge all my credit card transactions are immediately approved. I'm using desktop with updated Windows 11. PayPal usage is unaffected on Firefox.
