I thought my problem was solved, however, the hand cursor is stuck again when I go to Kohl's Website and try to order anything. When I click on "add to bag" that is when the cursor won't move.

Separate issue; your home page: http://www.google.com/firefox?client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official is outdated. You may want to switch to about:home

Did you post your problem before? What is the link to it?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.

Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?

Then restart.

This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked.

Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

If clearing cookies didn't help then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies got corrupted.

  • Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookies files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

The cursor is still sticking in the "add to bag" box. I am getting so many instructions on this that now I am totally confused because I really do not understand any of this and not sure what I am doing. Shouldn't the fault be blamed on Kohls?

Was the problem still there when you run in safe mode?

It was OK yesterday, but not OK today. I hope I am doing the Safe Mode correctly: Click on SHIFT and the FIREFOX icon at the same time. Is this correct?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the <Shift/Options> key, and then starting Firefox.

What do you mean by "options" key? Where is it located?

Sorry, that is for Mac users.
