I don't do this very often plus I'm fairly new to Win 10. I just bought a music album from the Amazon Music store. It is only available in Mp3 and downloaded as a .zip. And there it sits in my Downloaded folder. Please advise. Dick B.

Well, I did all that and get an error window saying in essence that "Windows cannot open the folder" "The Compressed (zipped) Folder _folder named here_ .zip is invalid."

Previously, I had some attached zip folders to a book I purchased and the same thing happened.

Try to download the ZIP archive in Windows Safe mode to see if that works in case security software is causing problems.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect.
