How do I avoid a pop-up from Firefox every time I go from an email back to my inbox?

I go to my email in-box and click to read an email. When I'm finished, I want to go back to the email in-box. The easiest way for me is to hit the backspace key which brings me right back to the in-box. More then half the time, however, when I hit the backspace key, a window pops up: Firefox: " To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order conf) that was performed earlier." It is followed by 2 icons, one to resend and one to cancel. I don't want to have to see the pop-up and click resend;I want to get back to the inbox just by hitting the backspace key. Thanks for any help you can provide.

You can't avoid that if you use backspace or go back otherwise (toolbar Back button or via the right-click context menu). You will have to use the link or button on that page to go to the inbox.
