Windows Computer Doesn't Sync With Other Devices
I have a computer running Windows 10, a recent iPhone, and a virtual machine running Arch Linux, all with the latest version of their Firefox installed and on the latest version of their OS, all logged into my Firefox account for Sync.
It looks like only my iOS and Linux instances of Firefox are syncing bookmarks and open tabs with each other, but my Windows machine just isn't sending or receiving Sync data. Sending pages directly to a device works, and so does syncing Firefox Extensions. Bookmarks and currently open tabs, however, do not sync between Windows and the other two instances. Everything did sync at one point about a week ago, but no bookmarks or tabs have been received from my Windows instance since.
So far I have attempted uninstalling/reinstalling Firefox on my phone, as well as logging out on all devices and logging back in starting with the desktop, but the issue is still there. Notifications are enabled on my phone and I haven't changed Sync settings on Desktop, so everything should be syncing. Thanks for any help.

Ah thank you very much, from about:sync-log I was able to figure out that it was an issue with the Captive Portal service. I went to about:config and set "network.captive-portal-service.enabled" to false and all Sync features appear to be working now. Many thanks.

You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see whether recent Sync logs are available. You can upload the file to a website like Pastebin and post the link in a repy if you can't post the content of the file in a reply.
