I can't access the internet with IE 11 on my PC so I would like to download Firefox on my laptop and install it on my PC. I've been using Firefox on my laptop.

I use Mozilla Firefox on my laptop and would like to install it on my PC because Internet Explorer 11 stopped working. I can't access the internet so I downloaded the Firefox setup on my laptop and saved it to run on my PC. It initializes, but can't connect to the internet to retrieve the program. How can I get around this and install your browser?

Unfortunately it didn't work. I tried the download earlier and it can't connect to the internet. I need the complete program to install. I've reset IE 10 as their tech support recommended and I even tried to reinstall it, but that didn't work either. I'd rather have Firefox

Download one of these installers: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

If you machine can't connect to the internet to even download that though, you may have other problems (Using Firefox rather than IE is always a good choice though ;)

Websites don't load - troubleshoot and fix error messages might help. Also, Firefox and other browsers can't load websites

I had to go to Microsoft support and spend $149 to get my problem resolved. I can now get on the internet so I will download Firefox
