Printing options - page selection

On the printing subpage, the are four choices for the pages to print: All, Odd, Even, Custom. It always initially comes up with All selected. Is there a way to configure things so that the default instead is Custom? If not, could this feature be added to FF?

I think that is a setting for the program that does the printing. Open its options.
