Can't figure this out, but certain UI elements on websites just disappear, they briefly reappear when my mouse cursor hovers over them. The most obvious and noticeable place I see this is on the new tab page, where the shortcuts icon to my saved pages used to appear as letters representing the website. (For Example, the shortcut to Google drive was the Letter G) Now, these letters are missing and briefly appear as my mouse hovers near them. This happens to all kinds of UI elements on nearly every website.
