I have tried installing extensions on https://addons.mozilla.org. Everything else online works fine, but https://addons.mozilla.org gives me "Download failed. Please check your connection. " after 10 minutes of loading icon. Browsing works fine. I have tried with and without a VPN. It used to work. Other devices, and firefox on dualbooted linux work fine.

For about the last 2 monthes, Firefox crashes regularly, with this message in a pop-up box:

Firefox Crash Reporter Firefox had a problem and crashed. Unfortunately, the crash reporter is unable to submit a report for this crash. Details: missing field 'include_url' at line 3 column 1

Afterwards, I can re-launch Firefox and resume activities.

I'm running Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems

I can no longer use credit cards for any purpose on any site with Firefox. If I use Edge all my credit card transactions are immediately approved. I'm using desktop with updated Windows 11. PayPal usage is unaffected on Firefox.

I have 6 folders in my bookmark tree, only 3 appear in my bookmark drop down when saving a bookmark. So I'm constantly dragging a bookmark into one of the folders that don't appear if I want to save it outside of the 3 that do appear. How do I get the bookmark tree to list the missing three folders?

I have a website through Squarespace (moneyball.health) and it keeps going to my previous website (ballpointbookkeeping.com) parking page. When I pull up moneyball.health on Internet Explorer or Shafari (iphone) I do not have any issues. Please advise.

My outlook icon on the taskbar had a red X on it. I shut the desktop and restarted, but now Outlook is gone and Microsoft wants me to do somethings i don't understand. Whay to do?

I switch from Chrome to Firefox and imported all my "bookmarks". How do I view all the folders I had in my Chrome bookmarks? If I click the >> at the top, the bookmarks are not listed the way they were on Chrome, and I can't find the numerous folders of bookmarks that I had set up. In the saved links that do show up in the list, I see hundreds of links but they are unorganized. An outdated folder that says "Imported from IE" shows up in the list several times, but it's not the list I had on Chrome. Help ;>)
