I've got the latest TB version 78.14.0 and just recently started using YubiKey with a number of online accounts. I'm trying to set up the key to work with TB for my gmail account, and would also like to set it up with my comcast account which also uses YubiKey. However, all the guidance and so-called instructions I find are either for an earlier version of TB, or are how to "fix" the issue from prior versions when upgrading to V78. So are there any instructions anywhere on how to set up a Win 10 TB installation of version 78.14.0 to work with YubiKey for a gmail account? I can't seem to find anything that current.

I would guess that as Google prefers oAuth authentication that you are plain out of luck with some sort of password product. Google issues an oAuth authentication token based on your initial password entry, but I have never had to restate it in years, Google renews it as required automatically. So I guess you could use this key to generate the initial password.

You could perhaps use an app password, but that is inherently less secure than oAuth so sort of defeats the purpose.

If you are trying to use it for encryption, then I guess this is about as relevant as it gets. https://support.mozilla.org/ms/questions/1306372
