Can't receive emails from particular sender
Hello,
I can receive all emails normally, however there is one sender/particular email address that I cannot receive emails from. I have been shown proof that the sender has the correct email address and has sent numerous emails. I have added the email into my address book in hopes that it would show thunderbird that it is a familiar address or safe sender. I don't have any issues with any other sender, just this one.
Is there anything I can do on my end to allow this email through or is there a reason why I can't receive emails from this one sender?
Thank you

Does the email show up at your online access site? Have you seen a copy of a failed email to confirm that the email address in the failed email was correct? Does the sender receive message that mail could not be delivered? If the message is not reaching your server, then there's nothing you can do.
Meant to reply to above comment from David

For your online site, it is usually the domain name component for your email id. For example, if you have a gmail email address, the corresponding website is gmail.com.

I'm not sure what the online access site is, so I haven't checked there. How would I access that? The email address was correct and it looks as though it went through. I haven't heard that they were receiving error messages. It is a "no-reply" type email used to send invoices and statements.
I responded earlier, but a moderator must approve when a website is mentioned. So, until that gets approved, your email is administered by an online website, probably where you signed up for the email account.

Some company websites have a login facility. Also, since yours is a company id, there is the possibility that the sender's email host is blocking it.
