Mozilla doesn't have any official phone support, sorry. Could you try starting Firefox in its Safe Mode to see whether it will run? If you find Freecorder on your Start menu > All Programs or in your Windows Control Panel, Uninstall a Program, and it's not crucial to keep it, please try removing it.
