Connects with the home page but won't go any further, states too slow
Firefox connects to the home page but when I put in the website I want to go to it clicks over onto a page that states: log.incredimail-search.com - connection failed Error code 20 The proxy failed to connect to the webserver, due to TCP connection timeout.
I hace incredimail as my email and use it as my home page for the internet.

hello Edna49, you have various malicious addons present. please perform all these steps:
- reset firefox (this will keep your bookmarks and passwords)
- afterwards go to the firefox menu ≡ > addons > extensions and in case there are still extensions listed there, disable them.
- finally run a full scan of your system with different security tools like the free version of malwarebytes and adwcleaner to make sure that adware isn't present in other places of your system as well.

I did reset the page and when I received your reply I checked the extensions which are all disabled. However one of the extensions is for " safe money" which is part of the Kaspersky security I have on the computer. I do online banking etc. Now what do I do?
