Have upgraded to a new computer. I can not run Thunderbird on my old computer but have backup of my old Profile.

Downloaded version 91.2.1 (and made a small donation). Copied Mail from old Profile and all OK. However, I do not have any addresses in the Address Book. How do I get my addresses from my backup Profile?

Am a long-time user with hundreds of addresses, and I love Thunderbird!

What kinds of files named abook or history are there in the backup profile? If there is an abook.mab or abook.mab.bak (same for history), remove the .bak and try importing them to the new profile from Tools/Import...Address Books...Mork database... select a .mab file.
