I am receiving error code 5.7.1 Relaying denied: you must check for new before sending mail.

My guess is your account is set up incorrectly. pressing get mail before sending mail will probably work, but really it would be a pain in the long term. It is an ancient authentication method that some ISP's still support, but few offer it as the only way.

  • Choose Troubleshooting Information
  • Use the button Copy to clipboard to select all. Do not check box "Include account names"!
