Outlook web notices for meeting requests are not coming through anymore. How can I fix this?

Outlook meeting notices no longer show up in thunderbird. With lightening, they used to be easily accessible. How can I fix it so they appear as meetings? Now they show up as the text block listed below. There is no info on the time or date of the meeting, etc.

Help! I don't want to have to switch to using outlook... that would be a bummer. Love Thunderbird! Thanks Joe

To receive meeting invitations as .iCalendar attachments instead of Outlook Web App links, go to https://outlook.office365.com/owa/Hexmet.onmicrosoft.com/?path=/options/popandimap and select Send meeting invitations in iCalendar format.

Yes - it is installed and active. It just doesn't work. It is like Outlook 365 has changed how these notices are sent and Thunderbird (or Lightening) doesn't know what to do with the new format.
