I need to change my password for an Exchange account. I cannot find anything in Settings. How do I do it, for this or IMAP or POP?

My password was updated on my office computer, but I cannot find anything in my account settings that allows me to merely change the password? Even on my other POP and IMAP accounts, I see no password update option. How can I do this?
