i'm at the point of ending it all...IRL

each time i try to enter a safe site, Mozilla asks if i trust the site, i get three options (it looks like this)

***This Connection is Untrusted***
   >What should i do?
           (gives me option to leave)
   >technical Details
(gives drop down menu of url)
   >I understand the risks
                 (make exception)
*********************************************************************************

usually i type in a url and go, but it stops me every time

  • i don't want to make an exception for each site i frequently visit, i need the popup gone all together.

PLEASE HELP

hello maahgle, first please make sure that the date & time is set correctly on your system. if this doesn't solve the issue (or it is already set properly), a possible solution depends on different factors:

  • what is the error code shown under technical details on the error page?

in case the error code equals sec_error_unknown_issuer, please attempt to add an exception on the bottom of the error page & inspect the certificate (see the screenshot attached for instructions):

  • which issuer information does the certificate contain?

thank you!
