Firefox for Android offers you control over your personal data, such as browsing history, passwords and more. You can conveniently save this data to your browser and delete it any time you want to:
Clear your entire browsing history
- Tap the menu button
- Tap .
- Tap the trash icon in the top right corner.
- Tap Everything in the Time range to delete panel.
- Tap .
Clear cookies, files, and other browsing data
- Tap the menu button
- Tap .
- Scroll down to Privacy and security.
- Tap .
- Put a mark next to the items you want to clear.
- Tap the button.
- Tap to confirm your choice.
Delete data on exit
This option automatically deletes your selected data (bookmarks, browsing or search history, saved passwords, and more) every time you quit Firefox:
- Tap the menu button
- Select .
- Scroll down to Privacy and security.
- Tap .
- Tap the toggle next to to turn it on.
- Check the items you want to clear every time you quit Firefox.
Firefox will delete your information each time you close it through the
option on the three-dot menu. Note: If the above options do not work, force the application to stop and then restart it. Then follow the above steps to clear browsing history.
