Do I need to install the apps I get in the Adaptive App search results?

No need to install - it’s all online. You can save web apps you like to your home screen for quicker access by long pressing their icon in the search results or by “starring” them when inside the page.

Note: You will need to be connected to Wi-Fi or a 3G network in order to use the Adaptive App searcher.
