switching from Thunderbird beta to regular version
i've been running the on the Thunderbird beta channel for a while now, but i'm starting to have issues with the way the beta program is running. how do i go about returning to the regular version of Thunderbird wiithout losing my saved emails and folders. i tried doing it the other day and all my saved folders and emails were gone. i had to do a windows system restore to bring them back. any help would be greatly appreaciated. thank you in advance for your time...Mike S

Windows system restore is prone to deleting things essential to Thunderbird. So you have been lucky.
