I have been playing gin rummy plus on my windows 10 pc in my firefox browser with no problem until a few minutes ago when I tried to sign in to the game again. This seems to be about WebGL. You can open the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page and check under Graphics whether issues about WebGL are reported.
