When will Firefox be available in a full fledge Desktop version (see Windows version) for Android?
I have an Android TV box reconfigured as a workstation. Octa-Core 4MB Ram, 64GB Drive, with 1TB OTG drive. What I want to know is when is Mozilla going to advance the Android version of Firefox to be more in line with a full fledge desktop version of Firefox - using the Windows version as an example of full fledge desktop version? Even with my tablets and cell phones (all of which are Octa-Core or Deca-Core based machines, and looking towards 8GB Deca-Core 512GB Drive tablets soon) I could do much more if I didn't have to run this watered down version of Firefox (No offense). Having more options available and more extensions would benefit the Android community greatly. If there are no plans to do so, how do I go about downloading a copy to convert and recompile for Android?

There are no plans to port Firefox desktop UI to Firefox for Android. You can find the code for Firefox at https://hg.mozilla.org for both desktop and Android. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Developer_guide/Build_Instructions/Simple_Firefox_for_Android_build should be helpful.
