I recently lost the capability to "view" the "File, Edit, History bookmarks, tools & help" bar from the top of my screen, as well as the "Start" button on the bottom of the screen.
How do I get the "File, Edit, History, Bookmarks, Tools & Help Bar to appear on my browser. I also need my "Previous Page & Next Page" arrow... and my "Start" button to appear at the bottom of my screen. I can't navigate without these.

Firefox might be in "full screen" mode. You can press the F11 key to switch between normal view and full screen view. Does that fix it?

Be sure you are not in Full Screen Mode. The F11 key will toggle Full Screen Mode on or off. If you have no Firefox toolbars, tab bar, etc., you are probably in Full Screen Mode; your Windows Taskbar (with the "Start" button) will also not be visible.
You can choose to use the Menu Bar (File, Edit, History bookmarks, tools & help) or the Firefox button menu in Firefox 4 and newer versions.
The Back/Forward button (Previous Page & Next Page" arrow) are on the Navigation Toolbar; be sure the Navigation Toolbar is checked (to be displayed)
Windows Start button and Windows Taskbar:
- Be sure that "Auto-hide the taskbar" is not checked (if checked, moving the cursor pointer to the bottom of your monitor screen will cause it to slide up; it will disappear again when the cursor pointer is moved up from the bottom
- It is best to check "Keep the taskbar on top of other windows" so that application windows like Firefox cannot cover it.

Solved it. I must have clicked the F11 key without knowing it. Thank you
