The pie in the upper ribbon in Firefox browser indicates that my account is disconnected. I've repeatedly tried to sign in and then input the verification code and but I keep getting this message: Bad Request Something went wrong. Please close this tab and try again. Couldn't find anything in the community forum. On this support page, I appear to be logged in. I am confused. Thank you.
