My Thunderbird works 100% fine with my googlemail account. My problem is with google i cannot access my account and am locked out even though i get my emails in thunderbird and on my iphone i am 92 years old and was wondering if there is any way i can find my password through thunderbird?

If I understand, you can access your Gmail account in Thunderbird, but you cannot online. Thunderbird has a special app code set for access that is NOT a usable password. Here is a link to help you recover your gmail access: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7682439?hl=en
