I know where to find bookmarks and how to restore. The parental lock keeps coming back after I deleted it repeatedly, when I try to restore bookmarks. (Power was lost then came back when I turned on computer again bookmarks were gone, with the notation that a file "Parental Lock" was using the bookmarks and they would not be available) How do I get rid of the Parental Lock permanently, so that I may restore bookmarks ?
