hello, I would like to recover my deleted Firefox history because this history is very important because it is related to my work, however I have tried a lot of methods to recover my deleted Firefox history as a backup copy, type ipconfig/displaydns , I also downloaded a lot of data recovery software but all these methods gave no results, so what I ask you please is to try recover my deleted Firefox history the days of july 20.21,2024 if you are unable to do this for me please help me contact Mozilla Firefox technical support, I would like to point out that the history I am talking to you about is very important so if you help me I will contact you will be very grateful, thank you for your understanding

You normally can't restore deleted history. Firefox stored bookmarks and history in the SQLite database places.sqlite. This file gets updated frequently, but the file stays the same size. You would need a snapshot of this file from time that it still had the deleted history.

If you do not have such a update and also Windows didn't keep previous versions as part of a Windows System Restore point then you are out of luck assuming that you also aren't using Sync with other devices connected.
