Hallo Up the 4th of October all was ok (see Pix 32), after the 4th I cannot send emails. Error message is Pix 36. Output settings Pix33. Input settings Pix 34. Thunderbird version Pix 40. Zonealarm Pro Version Pix (41).I have a newist laptop with windows 10

Workshop PC Windows 8.1 Pro is set for auto daylight savings adjust and has the correct time. rastas@rastaselectronics.com.au is arranged through VentraIP. As shown by Pix 36 all has been ok since The Messaging Co took over from Internode.

Laptop I have a newish laptop with windows 10 (fully updated) and with the latest versions of Thunderbird plus Zonealarm. This laptop can recieve but not send as well.

I've turned off Zonalarm on both and tested to no avail.

I read on the internet that if I go to Mail then the body of the email should be available when blank in above subject files/folders. This does work, but it has only just started happening. Internet information says due to out of date apps, does this mean Thunderbird is out of date and needs updating because usually the updates are automatic? Or does Thunderbird need to look at the problem and fix, I shouldn't have to go to Mail each time an email body is blank. Not all emails are blank. Appreciate your assistance.

Let me know if there is a setting change needed...perhaps hidden. No issues using Firefox with any other sites...pay a lot of bills online. The site response; not authorized.

When I'm typing something in my searchbar which doesn't locate to a direct website. This error appears. It doesn't appear while googleing from the google website. I couldn't find something like mysearchengine on the computer and this seemed to appear out of nowhere. I'm using firefox for half a year now. Do you got any ideas what's causing this and how to fix it?

My PC crashed with a windows upgrade and i'm not able to get my bookmarks back. BEST Buy Geek squad was able to get me back on but what they backed up were old bookmarks not the latest ones i had on my PC

Out of the blue, my Mozilla Thunderbird emails quit coming in. I paid a guy to get 2 weeks worth of emails to come in and thought the problem was fixed. Next day, same problem - no new emails coming in. What is happening? I need help.

I am unable to send any messages. Getting this error message - An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Resources restricted from 69.115.218.69 - try again later (AA,31).

It will list whatever address I am sending to or one off of a group. If I delete the one address it lists out of a group I get the same message with a new address cited.

Any suggestions?

Constant blue circle timeouts when trying to open emails or send. Everything stops while the blue circle of death throbs for up to 30 seconds every time. Makes every email sent and every one marked junk or otherwise take forever.

Help.

Platform is Linux Mint 21.3 Cinnamon Thunderbird 115.16.0esr (64-bit) I must have caused this problem while making a mistake while adding a google gmail takeout file to local folders.

Now account settings shows Local Folders / Local Directory as:

   /home/xyz/Downloads/Google Takeout/Takeout/Mail

In Local Folders the Outbox folder properties location shows:

  mailbox:///home/xyz/Downloads/Google Takeout/Takeout/Mail/Unsent Messages

In another Linux system Thunderbird shows Local Folders / Local Directory as:

  mailbox:///home/xyz/.thunderbird/g44es9f2.default-release/Mail/Local Folders/Unsent Messages

Which tells me basically where it should be pointing.

I tried to change (in account settings) Local Folders / Local Directory using the Browse... button but the Select Local Directory window doesn't give any access to the .thunderbird folder.

How can I change the account settings Local Folders / Local Directory back to what it should be?

I need to know how to recover all my tabs after closing them accidentally. I dropped my phone when trying to access tabs settings to disable the "inactive section" (that I had not enabled, I don't know why that thing was done without my consent), and accidentally hit "close all tabs". I see that, as of last year, there was no way to do it, but maybe after all the questions about this they added something. Recently closed tabs still shows the last that I closed manually

I have since uninstalled the Layup app and deleted the browser data, but these sites are still opening in the browser even when my cell is idle. Please advise how to block these domains or another remedy. Greatly appreciated

Ich muss beim versenden ein Passwort eingeben. da ich aber das passwort nicht mehr weiss habe ich versucht ein neues einzugeben. das hat leider auch nicht geklappt. ich habe auch versucht mozilla thunderbird zu deinstalieren und dan wider neu zu instalieren, aber das hat auch nicht geholfen.

This morning when I turned on the computer igHome, which is our startup page is not loading properly. I have restated the computer several time, logged out and logged back in to igHome. I have reset the number of colums, etc.

Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

I was watching videos and I noticed that sometimes my FF freezes when I look at the preview of a video. The computer is working fine since I can tell that it is only the browser "screen" that is freezing and not the whole pc. I can fix that by clicking outside the browser's window, like clicking the taskbar and it goes back to normal, still very annoying. I was able to completely fix the issue by unchecking the option "Use recommended performance settings" and just leaving the option "Use hardware acceleration when available" ON. Now I don't have these random freezes while still being able to use hardware acceleration.

My question is: what are those "recommended performance settings" that FF was using? I can't find any information about them or a list. I know that FF uses my pc specs to determine those settings but I wish I could manually set them by myself. Any ideas? Thanks!

I have an @rogers.com email account and a few @yahoo.ca accounts, and have trouble setting them in Thunderbird for Android.

Rogers uses Yahoo servers for mail access but has its own servers for authentication. Ever since I first tried to set up my Rogers email account, Thunderbird has been sending me straight to the Rogers authentication page (rogersmembercentre.com) instead of the Yahoo page, regardless of whether the account that I am trying to set up is a Rrogers email or a Yahoo email (I tried both @yahoo.ca and @yahoo.com, and even @yahoo.pl). Rogers then asks me to enter my email address again, and rejects it because it's not an @rogers.com address.

Before the first time I added a Rogers account, I'm pretty sure I had seen it work correctly: I entered my Yahoo email, Thunderbird asked me to confirm Yahoo's servers and port numbers, then sent me to the Yahoo authentication page, where I entered my password and there was no problem. But it seems that the association of Yahoo mail server with the Rogers OAuth server got stuck somewhere, and I can't get it unstuck. Even if I delete Thunderbird's data and/or uninstall it and reinstall it, it still sends me to the Rogers page when I try to add a Yahoo email account. I guess this means that it's cached somewhere outside the Thunderbird app, maybe in some system cache of my phone, and it's possible that it's not a Thunderbird bug but an Android bug?
