You need to update some plug-ins:

- Adobe Shockwave for Director Netscape plug-in: Installing (or Updating) the Shockwave plugin with Firefox

Full page or bar at top of page . . . solution: You can stretch the page out from the bar at the top of the page to desired size. I know. Too simple.
