how can I receive a firefox cd ? my computer at home cannot download any programs.
i have a version of explorer at home that will not let me download any programs or click on any links. i would like to replace it with firefox but since downloading will not work I would like to receive a firefox cd.

Is it just IE, or all programs on your computer? If it is all programs, then it is likely that Firefox will not be able to connect either, because something is blocking all programs. See Firefox and other browsers can't load websites
One thing you can do is use whatever computer you are on now, to download the Firefox installer from www.getfirefox.com , then put it on a USB stick.
