Is there a keyboard shortcut to access the menu button and add-on extensions button (top right of toolbar, not the menu bar)?
I am trying to toggle across the "3-bar" menu button using the keyboard. F6 only selects the address bar, and then hitting Tab moves over to the search bar and then toggles through page elements. Alt or F10 only brings up the menu bar which does not have the functions I am looking for. For example, in Google Chrome I would hit Alt and then left-arrow across the menu button or extension buttons (alternatively F6 to select the address bar then Tab to toggle to the right across extension buttons).

the answer depends on what you want to do.
<Control> A opend the Add-ons Manager <Control> B opens the Bookmarks Manager . . . . .
Thanks, but unfortunately I'm not specifically looking to view or edit any Mozilla functions like add-ons or bookmarks managers. I'm effectively just trying to right/left click extension buttons that I've added to my toolbar without using the mouse. For instance in Chrome, this can be accomplished by hitting F6 until the toolbar frame is selected and hitting Tab to toggle-through toolbar buttons, but this does not seem to be the case in Firefox. I very much prefer to use Firefox over Chrome but it does not seem as conducive to mouseless browsing.
There is no Chrome F6 so where are you seeing this in Chrome. No sure which Chrome your using but Chrome 72.0.3626.109 doesn't show that function key combo.
