Running Windows 7 and FF 66.0.5. Can't Add Additional Toolbar. Went to Customize-->Show/Hide Toolbar. Additional Toolbar Option NOT there! How do I add additional toolbars? See attached screen shot.

With the current design, if those buttons don't fit well on the main toolbar, you would have to steal space on another bar. You can drag buttons to the Tabs bar, the Menu bar, or the Bookmarks Toolbar (I think the left end before "Bookmarks Toolbar Items" works better).

That is true. Firefox 57 and later do not have a feature to add additional toolbars, either built-in or through an add-on. What did you want to use the additional bar for?

I had a separate toolbar for items that blocked loading the new webpage unless I released the blocking items (Adblock Plus & No Script, as well as Disconnect and Download Status Bar add-ons). Having all them on one separate toolbar made for easier control of what items to load and what to block.
