If you follow the steps at Websites look wrong or appear differently than they should does that help?

When I start Facebook everything on left and right load. "What's on your mind" box on top in the middle loads and stays on. One or two posts below it load like normal but disappear after a few seconds. Then I see a greyed out box flashing what looks like more posts. That stops and the "Do you want to see more posts? Find friends" . appears. I followed advice about setting all my preferences. Nothing helped. Whatever preferences I settled on in FF remained when I switched to Chrome and Facebook works fine there. It appears to me that it is not my preferences, not my computer, and not Facebook but something in FF.

This may be the wrong place to post but I could not find a way to add to my original post of my problem.  Judyxyz

If you followed all the steps above, than please refresh Firefox. Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings

Hi Judyxyz, this might or might not make a difference, but if you click the ••• next to News Feed in the left column of Facebook and change to Most Recent, does FB show any posts?

2 days ago 2 Facebook Suggestion boxes loaded and stayed on. Yesterday everything was back to normal. Still is today. Looks like the patient healed itself. Thanks for your time and effort .

I also have this problem. My Facebook posts are not all showing up in either Firefox or Chrome. I only get ,maybe the last 10 posts that i have shared. then I get three small blue lines and no more posts show up it is like it want to load but it does not show all the posts. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, refreshed Firefox. I have changed both passwords in Facebook and Firefox. the oly browser i can get post from earlier this month or last month is internet explorer. I have removed and disabled some extinctions on both Chrome and Firefox I have tried everything I know to get this to work. I followed the steps above and still no luck. this has been gong on since the beginning of October. I tried to reach out to Facebook and Firefox and nothing. can you help please.cookies and cache I have repeatedly cleared my cookies and cache still nothing help please

Hi mdm54, I don't see your question about Facebook. Can you start a new one? This poster's thread has, as far as we know, reached a conclusion, and since it was a Firefox-only issue, it sounds like you have a different problem.

ok ever since the Firefox update I am not able to see all most posts from sept or early Oct. I get may 20 and then it just freezes up will not load any other posts. I have uninstalled reinstalled refreshed bot google and Firefox. changed Mozilla password changed Facebook password. removed disabled extensions in both Chrome and Firefox.Post very slow to load in Firefox. I have had this problem for two weeks now. I have had every tech known to man try to fix it. I have tried to contact Facebook about this. all i get after about may be and that's an estimation of about 15 to 20 posts are small blue lines moving back and forth and a blank white square like it wants to load but does not. I use Firefox as my default browser. I use a desktop icon to access Facebook. I use Avast free anti virus for my virus protection. I have tried to configure both Firefox and Facebook. it some how shows all my posts as hidden from time line. I did not hide any posts from Facebook. I have configured Facebook to show all posts and still i get only the most recent. I am not sure if it is a Facebook. the only browser it works correctly on is Internet Explorer I get all the posts i have shared for the last month or so. it is aggravating an d i like Firefox and have used it for years now. i guess to view Facebook I will need to go to I E because same is happening in Chrome. what is weird though is that there is another computer which i am routed to and they are not having this problem. all post shared show up. I do not want to create anew Facebook account because I will then lose all my friends.I do not know if i have been hacked but i have run malwarebytes avast ccleaner glary utilities. update all the extensions. updated adobe flash turned off hard ware acellereaton in both Firefox and adobe flash.It is currently at best buy geek squad being fixed for another issue but they are looking into this issue as well.I can only assume it is an issue between Chrome, Firefox and Facebook. with my account. I have also tried to reach out to Firefox about this

It would say Chat unavailable in the bottom of friends list. and also in Facebook messenger when I would I delete a post in messenger using firefox when i would click om the home to go back to my page I get messenger unavailable in red. thanks again Mary

Also, since we will ask you to take some "hands on" steps on your computer, it probably makes sense to wait until you have your computer back from the Geek Squad.
