Firefox crashes

After installing Firefox, Mozilla Crash Reporter opens every time. I followed the instructions in the KB article to uninstall (removing the program files (x86) directory) and after reinstalling, I get the crash reporter again every time. Running in safe mode does the same thing.

hello james9357, this crash is caused by the "Digital Guardian" software by Verdasys that is running on your computer. Please see if there's an update available for that program.
