Android Firefox 28 on my 2013 Nexus 7 with latest Android OS is no longer compatible with the very popular bbs.boingboing.net forum. The forum has a mobile version, but it's very limited so I must use the desktop version but that wasn't much of a problem for Firefox 27, but with 28 it's unusable. With Firefox 28 Selecting text of other posters in threads is near impossible in the forums especially if the edit window is open. The selection will scroll wildly and select the wrong text, etc. over and over again. Pasting accuracy is an arduous if not near impossible feat because the interface has changed to add those selection tabs that run amok whenever I try to position them. Also, when I copy things, it now copies the wrong text and/or copies duplicates of the text or wrong text. It's insane. Also, tapping buttons on the forum are now very hit or miss (mostly miss), especially alert buttons for abandoning posts, etc. Firefox 27 was never great, but with 28 it's near impossible. On the other hand, Firefox 27 allow me to easily paste like this: http://i.imgur.com/4OkHXeD.jpg With 27 I could simply touch and hold where I wanted to paste then that dialog popped up and I then tapped "Paste" and I was done. With 28 pasting is a nightmare. The little yellow selection handles pop up (wherever they feel like and never where I want them to within the text) and move wildly if I try to adjust them. I then end up pasting not where I want to within text, etc. I had to revert back to 27 to make the forum just usable.
