Why is "Privacy Browsing" not indicated when automatically starting Privacy Browsing when Firefox starts?

I was wondering why "Privacy Browsing" is only indicated when it is turned on for an individual session, and NOT when it is automatically started when Firefox starts. At times, I have forgotten that I am in the Privacy Browsing mode, so things I would like to retain (i.e. zoom settings) do not remain in place while going from page to page.

Perhaps this is only a matter of aesthetics, but it would also be helpful in knowing the particular mode your browser is using..

Thanks in advance for any useful suggestions/solutions.

Thank you, cor-el.

I checked Tools to see what happens in both situations (i.e. when Private Browsing was not started automatically and when it was started automatically). As a result, I would gladly like to declare this problem as being solved... now that I have a better understanding of how to determine what Firefox mode I am in at any particlar moment

That is done on purpose. If you start Firefox automatically in Private Browsing mode then there is no need to have a message on the title bar. You are in Private Browsing mode if you see "Tools > Stop Private Browsing".
