I am trying to put a shortcut to a web site on the KDE Desktop.
I am trying to put a shortcut to a web site on the Desktop. Using the the padlock on Firefox 109.0(64 bit) puts it in a sticky note on Desktop instead of a shortcut on the Desktop.
I am running running on Fedora 37 KDE where this does not work.
Using Fedora 37 Workstation (GNOME), the shortcut is created and works.
How do I get the shortcut to work on Fedora 37 KDE?

Here is a workaround I use If I am logged on on under Fedora 37 KDE Wayland and want to create a shortcut to a web site on the desktop:
1. Log off Fedora 37 KDE Wayland.
2. Log on to Fedora 37 KDE X11. 3. Click the padlock icon on the left of the address bar and still holding down the mouse move the mouse pointer to the desktop and release the button (http://mzl.la/1BAQvbU is the mozilla help article that tells how to create the shortcut). 4. Log off Fedora 37 KDE X11. 5. Log on to Fedora 37 KDE Wayland.

It was not working under Fedora 37 KDE Wayland.
By logging onto X11 under Fedora 37 KDE I got it working.
Who do I report this to (Wayland or Mozilla?). And how?
